All Zoe Crist Knives are backed by our unconditional lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If you have problems with our product, just return it to us and we will repair it.

We offer sharpening, refurbishing, and spa treatments.
 

Shipping

When sending your knife in for a warranty issue, customization, sharpening, or spa treatment please include in the package:
 

• Your Name

• Your Return Address

• Your Phone Number and E-mail

• Detailed instructions -be as specific as possible. Tell us exactly what you want repaired. Include any correspondences regarding your knife issue- emails, etc- you’ve had with our company or any of our dealers.
